Project Planning and Management
Regency uses customized project management plans to insure your training projects are a success. After planning meetings with your firms management, a concise plan is presented that illustrates personnel to be trained, information to be covered and time scheduled to complete the task. In the event it is a large project, a pilot test group will be formed to ensure that your training investment will be protected. Roles for both Regency personnel and customer's staff will be addressed in detail. Regency will ensure the classroom environment is prepared properly with software and training PCs.
After your training project is complete, your Regency trainer will report to management the results of the student course evaluations. We do this to assure you that you are receiving high quality effective training for your firm.
Project Orientation and Preparation
Our project orientations introduce the training team to all critical aspects of a client's project:
- Project timeline and schedule for deployment
- Specific audiences and their learning requirements
- Custom documentation used in training
- Floor support strategy for the firm
Image Testing and Verification
Image Testing and Verification is designed for clients who would like an objective review of the image prior to the pilot. Specific areas of investigation may include system performance, accessibility, and the ability to create, save, edit and print work product using templates and/or existing work product. This module helps to insure that the system delivered to the end user meets the design specification of the organization.
Technology Promotion
Technology Promotion helps our clients develop a comprehensive plan for communicating with their end users during all phases of the project. Our consultant discusses alternative approaches to internal communications and shares ideas about how other firms have successfully built consensus and prepared users for change. The objective of the technology promotion may vary depending on the needs of the organization. Some plans have been designed to promote the new system, emphasize the importance of training, and provide an overview of the project objectives and expectations. When requested, we can provide a spokesperson to meet with the end-user population, demonstrate the new software, and address questions.
