Training Development
We work with our clients to determine each firm's preferred learning styles, define training delivery methods, and create a comprehensive training strategy. Through interviews and focus group discussions we discover the end users' learning needs and styles.
Desktop Development Services
We help our clients deploy a user-friendly desktop. Depending on the individual client needs, Microsoft Word's native template is customized and a firm specific template is developed. Additional custom templates may also be created at this time. Consideration is also given to registry settings that impact Microsoft Word, third-party automation tools, and document conversion strategies.
Document Analysis
Regency Training and Consulting analyzes the firm's work product based on a review of the physical documents. By evaluating legal work product and administrative forms, we identify current document types, formatting standards, and the use of legal specific features. Based on the analysis results, the Word environment can be customized to meet the firm's exact requirements.
Document Conversion Staffing
Regency Training and Consulting can provide staffing to assist the client's word processing and conversion staff during the migration.
Image Testing and Verification
Image testing provides clients with an objective review of the image prior to pilot group testing. Image testing may include investigating system performance, accessibility and the ability to create, save, edit and print. Image testing and verification helps insure that the image delivered to the end user meets the specifications of the organization.
Technology Promotion
Regency Training and Consulting helps our clients develop a plan for communicating with their end users during all phases of the migration or upgrade project. We provide varying approaches to internal communications and discuss ways other firms have successfully prepared users for change. Plans can be designed that promote the new environment, stress the importance of training, and provide an overview of objectives and expectations. We also provide a spokesperson who will meet with end users to demonstrate the new software and address questions.
